    Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pancakes

    Servings: 2
    Prep Time: 1 minute
    Cook Time: 4 minutes
    2 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
    1 teaspoon whole psyllium husks
    4 eggs, room temperature
    15 drops liquid stevia
    1. Add all the ingredients together and mix in a blender or simply use an immersion blender.
    2. Grease a large pan or griddle lightly and heat on medium high heat.
    3. Cook pancakes until browned on both sides.
