Great Analysis/review of the book. Covered and explained the key points.
Great if you want to start doing the Miracle Morning but didn't get a chance to read the whole book yet.

🙈Lost On Me

Elrod explains that ninety-five percent of people struggle their entire lives because they fail to work on personal development, fail to start their day off right, and fail to choose to live differently.
Consequently, if people want to live the life of their dreams, they need to analyze how they currently approach their mornings, adopt a positive morning routine, and realize that how they start their day not only impacts that day, but every aspect of their lives. By doing this, a person can actively begin to start the day off right, which will naturally lead to a better day and a better life.
When people hit the snooze button, it sends their brain the message that they are not ready and are resisting their life.
