    1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
    1 Egg
    1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
    1/4 Cup of Almond Flour
    1 tablespoon of Coconut Flour
    1. Arrange all the ingredients into a mug.
    2. Use a fork to mix very well until nicely combined.
    3. Place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
