The real reason why the customer get upset
The main reason why most people leave customer service upset, is because of the way that they’ve been treated. They feel that they spent money for product or service, and for some reason it does not perform properly. This upsets them, but what really angers them is, that they feel that no one cares. Treat others as you would like to be treated
