Julia B Daniels believes that anything that sounds too good to be true means that it is not true. But there is an exception when it comes to eating foods that actually boost your metabolism, which can be hard to believe. Eating foods that taste good and losing weight from it as a result of boosting your metabolism just didn't make any sense to her until she actually tried a metabolism diet and much to her surprise she really did lose weight. As with any diet, sticking to the program was where her challenge presented itself. But her will power and determination to stick to it and to not thwart what she was doing had really paid off. She knows that it can work for anyone who takes it seriously and sets little goals for themselves. Dieting, whether for speeding up the metabolism or for anything else, is not always easy to stick with but she's hoping that her recipe ideas will be helpful in that regard.
