The World Wide Web infrastructure has brought a revolutionary change in the organization and presentation of information. The web is a powerful new medium, through which any person or organization can publish messages for consumption or use by anyone who has access through WEBOPAC. The WEBOPAC is an increasingly important resource in many aspects of life like education, employment, government, commerce, health care, recreation, and more. The WEBOPAC is used for receiving information as well as providing information and interacting with society. This technology can be used to provide interactive virtual tour of any information services which has a prevalence of collections of information on any discipline.
