    Настоящий герой мира недвижимости #BrandonTurner написал отличную книгу “Rental Property Investing” - для меня это была книга дебют из нового мира #Development_and_RealEstate и вот какие есть мысли:

    1) Девелопмент и недвижимость могут быть секси. Как в свое время Илон сделал космос сексуальным, так и Брендон Тернер (харизматичный парень с бородой до сосков) делает мир недвижимости ярким и привлекательным. Сексуальность в глазах смотрящего 🔥

    2) «Ты зарабатываешь, когда покупаешь». Т. е. если ты умело пошопился, прикупив хороший объект по разумной цене, то и хороший заработок с его аренды или продажи не за горами 🛍

    3) Как и в ресторанном бизнесе, 3 ключа к успеху это: локейшн, локейшн и локейшн. Когда мы выбираем пространство для жизни, чаще всего мы обращаем внимание на:
    - как быстро можно добраться до работы и/или места отдыха?
    - тихо ли за окном?
    - безопасно ли?
    - много ли классных кафешек, залов, салонов и пр. инфраструктуры поблизости (то что и магнитит людей, создавая свой вайб для района)?
    Через свой объект, хороший девелопер или риэлтор может предложить хорошие ответы на эти вопросы 📍

    True hero of real estate world #BrandonTurner wrote a superior book “Rental Property Investing” - it was my debut book into the world of #Development_and_RealEstate & here is some thoughts:

    1) Development can be sexy. As Ilon made space sexy, Brandon Turner (charismatic guy with a beard to the nipples) making real estate world bright & delicious. Sexuality is in the eyes of a watcher 🔥

    2) “You make money, when you buy”. Means, if you bought a good unit for a reasonable price, then a good income would follow 🛍

    3) Same as at resto business, at real estate 3 key principles of success are working: location, location & location! When we looking for a place to live, usually we considering:
    - how fast it would take to get to work and/or chill place?
    - is it quite?
    - is it safe?
    - is there cool restos, gyms, salons & etc around (which magnets people & creating nice vibes of the hood)?
    Through his product, a good developer or realtor can give a good answers on those questions 📍
