    God wants His children to prosper but not in the wrong way and for the wrong reasons. He granted them prosperity because He is not against prosperity. Today, God is granting prosperity to His church but it seems it is accompanied by a leanness of soul, spiritual shallowness, disease, divorce, immorality and homosexuality. Let us be careful of what we force God to give us because we may not be happy with the attendant punishments that go with insisting on our own way

    Some people call this imperfect will the permissive will of God. This imperfect will of God is the place where many ministers of the gospel function. Some people live their whole lives in this imperfect will of God.

    Instead of passing an immediate judgment, God would allow His people to stray into His imperfect (inappropriate, improper, unacceptable, non-ideal) will and then receive a sound and fitting thrashing for their rebelliousness!
