One night a body is pulled from the sea near an Eastern
Caribbean island by Colombian drug smugglers. The corpse
turns out to be not quite dead. But the man has amnesia.
Should they throw him back in the sea? Hold him for ransom?

The subsequent events give rise to this fast moving tale of adventure, revolution violence, murder and intrigue, in a
country at war with itself.
