    One really needs a lot of will power to follow this diet but it's interesting to note how the author lost so much weight by following mainly a ' green' liquid diet.You could read a book entitled -7 Day Miracle Detox diet', it's pretty similar but less restrictive.I have followed it and lost weight so I know it works!
