For many people who have a traditional job background, the fear of only getting paid when you close a deal can be terrifying. This is why I recommend that if you’re just getting started in Real Estate, you have at least one year’s worth of income saved to cover your expenses, or have a part time job which covers your basic expenses whilst you launch your business.

best way to develop an expansive vocabulary is to read. Reading didn’t come easily to me. What you read has a profound impact on you. Keep in mind, “Garbage in garbage out”.
