This is a great dip, great with Mexican dishes, and makes for wonderful snacks or appetizers. Makes 4 servings.

What You’ll Need:

3 avocados (peeled, pitted, chopped)

1/4 cup of onions (diced)

3 tablespoons of cilantro (fresh chopped)

2 tablespoons of lime juice

1 teaspoon of garlic (minced)


Cayenne pepper

How to Make It:

Place the 3 avocados (peeled, pitted, chopped) in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add in the 2 tablespoons of lime juice and several dashes of salt. Transfer to a bowl and combine with the 1/4 cup of onions
