Ron Highfield (PhD, Rice University) is Professor of Religion at Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. He is the author of _Great is the Lord: Theology for the Praise of God_ (Eerdmans, 2008), _God, Freedom, and Human Dignity: Embracing a God-Centered Identity in a Me-Centered Culture_ (Intervarsity Press, 2013), _The Faithful Creator: Affirming Creation in an Age of Anxiety_ (Intervarsity Press, 2015), and a contributor to _Four Views on Divine Providence_ (Zondervan, 2011).
