Lesley Alderman is a Brooklyn-based writer and editor specializing in health, finance and psychology. She was a staff writer at Money magazine and a deputy editor at Real Simple magazine. She co-wrote the Patient Money column for The New York Times for three years. In addition to writing, Alderman teaches yoga to children in NYC public schools and serves on the board of The Rosa Vera Fund.
