Julie MacLusky

Julie MacLusky is a writer whose work has encompassed screenwriting, short fiction, non-fiction and broadcast journalism with the BBC. Her publications include Is there life after film school? (Continuum) and Teaching Creative Writing in the Primary School: Delight, Entice, Inspire! (Mcgraw-Hill). She founded the degree in Creative & Professional Writing at the University of Worcester, where her educational consultancy provides support for those interested in using writing as a tool to engage students and drive up standards. Julie is currently writing a thriller designed as an antidote to Chick Lit, and in collaboration with an Illustrator, a children’s picture book.
