Anders Hallengren

Anders Hallengren (1950–) is a Swedish author, scholar and composer, a Harvard alumnus, a Fellow of the Linnean Society of London and New South Wales, and President of the Swedenborg Society of London. He received his doctorate for a dissertation on Emerson’s philosophy (The Code of Concord, published in 1994) and is an associate professor and research affiliate of Stockholm University. He has lectured in many countries on historical and topical issues, including India, the People’s Republic of China, Russia, and South Africa. Nobel Laureates in Search of Identity and Integrity (2004, 2005, 2006) was an outcome of his research project “Voices of Different Cultures”. In 2009 he was working in Australia.
