Amrita Tripathi

Amrita Tripathi is an Indian author, podcaster and journalist. She specialises in writing non-fiction about wellness, leadership, and mental health. She is best known for establishing The Health Collective and Say Again Press.

Amrita Tripathi studied Philosophy at St Stephen's College in Delhi. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Philosophy there. She later completed a Master of Arts in Philosophy at the same institution.

She began her career as a senior news anchor at CNN-IBN. She spent nearly a decade there, covering foreign affairs, health and culture. She then joined Twitter India, where she led content partnerships. She held that role for over five years as part of the core leadership team. Her work included pioneering market activations, such as coverage that generated over 396 million conversations around India's general elections.

In 2016, Tripathi founded The Health Collective. It was India's first mental health storytelling platform. Under her leadership, the platform grew to reach 500,000 people. Over nearly ten years, it published over 500 stories and four books.

Tripathi also founded Tap In Tribe, which focuses on women's leadership development. This venture included an enterprise partnership tied to FICCI G20 Empower. She is a member of the FICCI National DE&I Task Force. She also sits on the BRICS Women's Business Alliance Healthcare Working Group.

In 2026, she launched Say Again Press, a new publishing imprint. This venture partners with Bloomsbury India. The company's first two titles, Lead Yourself and Be Heard!, were released in 2026.

Lead Yourself explores leadership through quotable insights from notable leaders. The book examines success and failure in the age of artificial intelligence. Tripathi designed it to be concise and accessible for modern readers. She said, "I'm very interested in how we can create beautiful and compelling books for today's attention span."

Tripathi explained the reasoning behind her leadership series. "We're losing the art of communication," she said, "because most of us are constantly on screens, letting Gen AI do much of our thinking and communicating for us." Lead Yourself addresses this concern by providing short, focused insights.

The book is aimed at readers with limited time and short attention spans. It is part of a wider series called Say Again Essentials. Tripathi describes the format as short, budget-friendly and pocket-sized. She has positioned it as suitable for both new and experienced leaders.
