Sanjay Krishnan (Columbia, Ph.D.) is an associate professor of English at Boston University. He is the author of Reading the Global: Troubling Perspectives on Britain’s Empire in Asia (Columbia, 2007). His scholarly articles have been published in Representations, New Literary History, Novel, and elsewhere.
