Wayne Howell was the Supreme Court reporter for the Herald Sun, which provided him with a lot of material for his three books of true crime – Eavesdropping on Evil, Killer Excuses and Reasonable Doubt. He has since retrained as a teacher. Wayne lives in Melbourne with his family.
