Mary-Ann Grady

Mary-Ann Grady has had a problem with anxiety for a very long time and uses herself as a prime example to show how an individual can recover from a problem. She does not state that the problem is gone forever but instead shows how it and any other challenge can be kept under control. The main thing that she highlights throughout her book is the fact that things have to be dealt with in sequential fashion. The individual has to start out with the realization that there is indeed a problem and then move on to start taking the necessary steps to resolve or get that problem under control. Mary- Ann is aware that the problem will not be solved in a day but that it takes a lot of work along with the necessary support to get everything sorted out.
