Laura Gordon grew up in the Bronx and moved to Atlanta when her dad got a better job offer. She was always a bit reserved as she was overweight in her teenage years. As she approached adulthood, the weight started to disappear and she matured into a beautiful young woman. She always had a special place in her heart for persons who were overweight. She pursued literary studies in college and started writing as soon as she had her degree in hand. She did a lot of research but she loved writing fiction stories that had big women as the main character. She always had them finding love. She wants her readers to understand that no matter who you are, you can find someone who loves you for who you are.
