Pratima Kapur

Pratima Kapur spent the first ten years of her life accompanying her parents from cantonment to cantonment before she took a breather for six years in Bombay, where she completed her schooling. This was followed by a stay in Poona where she studied Commercial Art at Abhinav Kala Vidhyalaya, an affiliate of J.J. School of Art, Bombay.​Revitalised and rejuvenated, she continued on a journey through India and abroad along with her husband, Rana; an army officer till he retired from service as a Lt. General and they finally settled in Poona thirty five years later.​Deeply interested in all forms of arts, theatre and craft, Pratima has published two books and hopefully many more in the future.​
