What do you do when you feel outraged or hurt?

Do you blow up like a volcano or stay silent for minutes, hours, or even days?

If you do the latter, is this inability to express your strongest feelings straightforwardly affecting your relationships, and you wish to change that?

If you've answered YES, there's hope,

This blueprint will teach you how to stop giving people silent treatment, stop passive-aggressive tendencies, be more straightforward, and nurture healthy relationships!

Our relationships with the people around us are key to living happier and more fulfilling lives. The connectivity that comes with creating, building, and nurturing relationships is a significant part of giving our lives meaning.

Yet, paradoxically, when we create these connections, this also often comes with the burden of experiencing all kinds of emotions, from joy to frustration, anger, and even indifference; it's all part of the package.

Unfortunately, many of us often struggle with expressing these feelings clearly, which can lead to a lot of miscommunication, a breakdown of communication, and a growing rift in our closest relationships.

Probably, you are wondering…

What signs do I need to look out for that could signify that I have issues directly addressing strong emotions?

What are the consequences of bottling up my emotions to those around me?

Is there a healthy way to detach from an argument with a loved one until I feel ready to confront the situation?

How do I tell the difference between healthily taking time off and giving the silent treatment?

If you have these or other related questions, this book will guide you through the dark abyss of muted emotions and unspoken frustrations.

More specifically, you will learn:

Why silent treatment isn't just staying silent but involves several other harmful practices such as emotional withdrawal and manipulation

How to recognize when you engage in behavior that could constitute passive aggression or give the silent treatment

The consequences of silent treatment — its impact on you, your loved ones, and the relationship

Identifying what triggers you to silent treatment so that you can begin working on it

Communication strategies to help you express your feelings assertively

Building emotional intelligence so that you can build empathy to recognize and manage emotions

How to properly take time off to deal with your emotions if you are not ready to confront them

And so much more!

Even if silent treatment is the only way you know to prevent yourself from getting vulnerable and getting hurt more and more, this book will help you understand why it might not be the best approach and introduce you to healthy and effective methods of expressing and dealing with your emotions, leading to healthy and long-lasting relationships!
