Jan. 4, 2011 -- Hey, look (assuming anyone actually is looking) ... I'm back, after gawd knows how long an absence. Anyway, I'd like quickly to report that I recently retired from my day job as a reference-book editor and am now free to work full time on my own projects. And I'm now busier than ever finishing a volume of letters to Mark Twain from his readers. More later ... perhaps._____________________(I don't even recall when I posted what follows)I'll try to come back later to write something for this section. For now, I'll merely say that I've published mostly on Mark Twain over the past 15 or so years but still have hopes of publishing fiction of my own.You can find pictures and information about me on the old personal web site listed on this page, but please understand that I haven't updated that site for at least five years. In fact, I'm surprised it still exists, since I left the Internet provider that maintains it years ago.
