Siobhan Davis

Siobhan Davis is a USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Amazon Top 5 bestselling of new adult and young adult romantic fiction. Siobhan writes emotionally compelling stories filled with tender romance, complex characters, and surprising plot twists. Davis has sold over 2 million books, and her titles are translated into several languages.

Siobhan Davis was born and raised in the Garden County of Ireland near the sea. Initially, she embarked on a corporate career as the Head of Human Resources for an indigenous IT company. The focus shifted when Siobhan devoted herself to writing YA science fiction fantasy romance — her favourite genre.

Despite her corporate success, the allure of fictional worlds and characters constantly beckoned. In 2014, she took the plunge and released her debut work, True Calling, and this year, she made the bold decision to leave her corporate career behind.

Siobhan's favourite genre is YA, with a specific penchant for science fiction, fantasy, romance, and dystopian themes. Her True Calling series, a YA sci-fi romance trilogy with a paranormal twist, explores a captivating blend of action, adventure, romance, conspiracy, loss, and survival.

The series is set against a backdrop of a controlling regime and a new world order, similar to Matched, The Selection, The Hunger Games, and The 100.

As a self-published author, Siobhan values the control and speed that this route offers. She believes in investing in her writing, ensuring high-quality production with professional cover design, copy editing, and proofreading. While she acknowledges the challenges in the publishing landscape, Siobhan remains optimistic about the future of both traditional and self-publishing.

She belongs to the Imagine Write Inspire writing group, where fellow authors share encouragement and support.

Siobhan Davis still lives with her family in the Garden County of Ireland.

Tonight is different.

Tonight, I am trying to forget my broken heart.

Pain slices across my chest as intense as if someone has plunged a knife into my flesh.

Fuck, it hurts.

It’s not getting any easier.
