Amy Zulpa made a big change to her lifestyle when she decided that she simply had to stop eating all of the junk foods that she so loved to consume. It was not that she necessarily wanted to go on a diet, but she just wanted to get rid of the foods that were bad for her. She did her research and found that it was not hard to make the transition to the clean eating lifestyle. It was something that could be done gradually, and nothing was wrong if a sweet treat was had from time to time. This is what she started to promote. A diet in the conventional sense was not necessary at all. All that was required to get started on a healthier lifestyle was a change in what was being consumed, and the amount that was being consumed.
