Charlotte Freeman

Charlotte Freeman is an Australian author and graphic designer from Queensland. She writes short reflective pieces that address themes of self-worth, resilience and personal change. Her work is aimed at readers seeking clear, direct language during periods of uncertainty or transition.

Freeman began her career in graphic design before turning to writing. Her first book, Everything You’ll Ever Need: You Can Find Within Yourself (2020), was written during a period she described as coming from “the most vulnerable places of the heart.” The book presents brief texts intended to act as reminders of self-reliance and emotional steadiness.

Her second book, This Was Meant to Find You: When You Needed It Most (2023), continued this approach. Freeman explained that it was for readers learning “to choose yourself a little more each day.” The work includes passages on restlessness, sadness, and a sense of loss of direction, and was written to be read in moments when reassurance is required.

In 2025, she published You Were Always Growing: Even in the Dark. This book focuses on the idea that gradual development can occur during difficult periods. It follows the pattern of her earlier titles, using concise writing to highlight small steps in personal recovery and growth.
