Katherine Kane

With a dad who worked for the government, her family definitely saw the USA. By the time Katherine started school, she had lived in five states. She went to high school in three states. As an adult, she has traveled extensively throughout Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Africa, in addition to living in both Europe and Africa. The learnings from these experiences have been amazing and too numerous to even start to count. The people she has met have proved to her that across the world we are more alike than different. In the years between college and right this minute, Katherine has traveled, gathered graduate degrees, worked in academia and in the corporate world, had two of the most wonderful daughters a person could ever have, and enjoyed every single day. (Well, some days have been better than others.) Now, her daughters are grown and her corporate life is wrapped up and she can do what she wants to do. So she is writing books and blogs. Her first books focus on her love for pets, and take advantage of the over 30 years experience she has had training and working with dogs.
