Jeffrey Zima was born near Chicago, but has lived in California most of his life. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where he studied Social Science and English Literature. He has spent years studying the many cultures of the world and has traveled extensively from Jerusalem to
Tikal. While he has published poetry and a
number of short stories, this is his first novel.
Jeffrey lives in the Bay Area with his family.
