Since leaving the University of Bristol with a first-class degree in history in 1989, Mark Rowe has worked as a journalist apart from a year in Australia washing dishes and travelling. He is the author of Don’t Panic: Britain Prepares for Invasion 1940 (2010) and a cricket book, The Victory Tests (2010).
