Karl Wiegers

Karl Wiegers has a PhD in organic chemistry. He spent the first half of his career at Kodak as a research scientist, software developer, software manager, and process improvement leader. Since 1997, Karl has been Principal Consultant at Process Impact, a software-development consulting and training company. He has long been a popular speaker and keynoter at software conferences and professional organizations.

Karl is the author of seven popular books and numerous articles on software development and management, as well as a memoir of life lessons. "The Reconstruction" is his first novel.
