This week I am starting a new series on Resilience - a subject which seems to be on everyone's mind right. The question is not how do we keep going when the going gets really tough, the question is how do we make ourselves feel better, have more energy, more joy and live our lives to the fullest so that we don't end up burnt out in the first place. As soon as I started recording I realized that this is not just one conversation, this is multiple conversations, so this is the first installment! I hope you enjoy it and that it gives you the tactics you need, that you can take to work, to your families, to your friends so you can show up to life.
