The last book in the Curve of Humanity six book series. A newly terraformed Earth is ready for its population, traveling in cryochambers on interstellar arks to return. Earth is now a vast ocean planet with three major landmasses and humans will have to learn how to coexist in smaller distances. The aliens are glad to see them home. There's one catch. The Arenans, a race of guardians charged with of our sector in the galaxy, want to ensure humans do not venture too far outside our solar system. They feel we just aren't ready. With a new lease on their existence, humans will have to take a hard look in the mirror and vow to not make the same mistakes. But for some, old habits die hard.
