This is the story of one woman's fight to overcome her disability and the challenges she faced from school bullying and teasing to enduring time in an aged care facility. Kim MacIntosh leads you on a journey of struggle and hardship as she had to overcome her anger at her father and subsequent hatred because of his alcoholism while coming to terms with her disability. During these times Kim found faith that helped her accept her disability and to forgive her father when he was diagnosed with cancer.

Kim says, 'The reason why I called this book 'Full Circle' is that it showcases the suburbs I have lived in throughout my life in the city of Newcastle. I started at Belmont where I was born and have come back to Belmont at this point in my life. I feel that God has led me my whole life even before I found Him, and He has always been there helping me to endure the many obstacles and challenges that I have faced. I have never let my disability define who I am, and I have not let it stop me from doing the things I love which have helped shape my life to the person I am today.'
