Nuggets from the Father 1

What do you wish to ask God? What if He answered? In a couple of days or weeks later, you would want to ask Him for another thing that will crop up in your life. Then again and again, because there are many things we have to deal with in this world. You can get assistance with some issues, and there are others that you need more than what a human can offer.  There are some situations that experts will say, “Let’s wait and see”, or “Fingers crossed” or “There is nothing we can do, you just have to manage it.”

This is where God comes in; it is the beauty of the Christian faith. It is about a relationship with your Maker. The colossal question then is, “How can I hear from God?” It is not as complicated as people present it. You have to listen to Him purposely. It is the same way you would listen if a friend spoke. With Him, though, it takes time longer time to wait. As you keep waiting and listening, His speech comes quicker, and with time, you can communicate fluently with God as you do to a friend.

God is a Spirit and created us in His image. We are spiritual beings, so He desires Spirit-to spirit communication. He speaks to us in many ways, and this daily devotional was His words to us.  His Word is eternal, so it cuts across all nations and profitable for all individuals irrespective of age, sex, gender, race or any form of human divisions we have.

The daily word from God is the voice of God to His children. It will challenge, motivate and encourage while digging deeper into the Bible.
