TANGO-CHARLIE TWO/FIVE/NINER is the story of a young boy that was unwanted, unloved and basically abandoned in his early childhood by both of his parents while being ostracized and ridiculed by society as a whole for what he and his parents were. The subject of much public verbal abuse and scorn he quickly had to learn how to survive all alone at a very young age all the while being physically abused by his mothers numerous boyfriends.
With a single act of violent reprisal and revenge by him after one such beating he was sent from his own abusive home to foster home after foster home and eventually ending up in a group home for wayward boys. Once he was ultimately returned to his alcoholic mother he was left to fend for himself yet again as she had only wanted him for the government checks that she could receive on his behalf.
