Dr. Crystal Van Kempen McClanahan is passionate about leadership development and serves as the Superintendent at Mountain View Christian Schools in Las Vegas; she holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Crystal also loves fitness, recently taking the Insanity challenge and writing a weekly fitness article. Yet, she refuses to be 80 and wished she had eaten a donut. She is on a mission to visit as many places in the world as possible and spends her days having lots of fun. Marrying a chef was the best thing she ever did. Her high energy will inspire you to get excited about your life.

Jenny Christiansen has a love for learning and a desire to inspire others. She is a teacher and administrator with over 20 years of experience working with students in preschool through high school. She is also a wife and a mom of two grown daughters. With a passion for God's awesome love and grace, she is a conference speaker and Bible study leader who impassions others to live lives marked by joy in Him. Jenny believes you should paint your world beautiful by laughing, enjoying a great cup of coffee, spending time with people who matter, breaking a sweat during your workout, and always having a favorite pair of jeans.

Jody Van Kempen is a fitness enthusiast and former competitive bodybuilder. She has five children ranging from ages four to sixteen. She loves a hot cup of coffee, an afternoon nap, and good hard belly laugh. Jody is a lover of God’s Word, preaching her first sermon at the age of 15 and becoming a youth pastor by the time she was 22. She is a guest speaker at the Champion Center and conference leader who uniquely blends her “in your face” style with a “from the heart” grace.

Robin Van Kempen along with her husband Tom, have pastored at The Champion Center since 1994. She is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and mother of four. Along with her church responsibilities she teaches elementary school music. Robin always has a project in the works and creatively can turn an old sock into something beautiful. Her chocolate chip cookies are famous and are always in high demand. Her humorous look at Christian life will tickle you and even have you asking, “Did she just say that?”
