I have no formaltraining in this area, but I have produced afew centerpieces for various summer events(around the time of year when fruit isavailable!).You will learn how to carve a melon using astraightforward method that is applicable toall varieties of melons during the course ofthis guide. I'm going to demonstrate how tosculpt a cantaloupe using this demonstration.
