HeartBound is a collection of twenty-one prosaic and poetic vignettes woven into a challenging narrative about how deeply the hearts of human beings are bound up by our familial and cultural conditioning, unconscious fears, and misplaced reliance on past and present eastern and western psychological, philosophical, spiritual, religious or empirical paradigms. And also how the human heart, owing to its root nature as Spirit, is forever bound for the deeper waters of meaning, fulfillment, liberation, and the emoto-spiritual context of our lives.
‘Soul knows far more than the mind that is contained within It, and until mind is set aside as our main apprehender, collator, and summator of our experience, the heart will never be able to be the means through which soul wishes to reveals itself to us.’
