Robert Crosby has spent his life pursuing his passion for non-dogmatic meaning and social justice. His spiritual roots run deep. Raised a Methodist, as a teen he had a stint with fundamentalism but quickly turned away from its absolutism. Crosby attended Seminary and later did post-graduate study at Boston U. where he holds a Distinguished Alumnus award. At BU he was profoundly influenced by Howard Thurman, mystic and godfather of the civil rights movement.
