See God’s protective hand operating in your life and give Him praise. And for those times when it seems as if the enemy is pressing in on every side, causing difficulties that seem too great to bear, pause and ponder God’s love for you. Shut yourself away for a time of intimacy with Him. Await His instruction, and then face your enemy standing in the confidence that you are covered by the One who promises to fight on your behalf.

Salvation is free, but victory comes with strings attached. And those strings should be wrapped around your heart.

When we decide to do things on our own, we fight alone. And why would we want to do that?
