Book 1 of 3 A journey's beginning for 4 friends who never quite finished growing up. On a routine day they stumble upon and enter into a portal that takes then to another world, by accident. They meet cold, near emotionless people who pride themselves on efficiency and are currently in a cold civil war with their own kind. The 4 friends are told they cannot be sent back, but are given promise of a later attempt if the 4 friends help rid them of their rivals.
As the 4 adjust to their new surroundings, they realize quickly that they can do new things there, that they couldn't back home on earth.

Note, this is an unconventional series that is filled with humor, action, mockery of conventional wisdom, satire, sarcasm, nerdisms, mystery, and even some romance. Also, much foul language is present from these mature characters.
Each book is a complete separate story that reads like a movie, from multiple perspectives.
