‘Allow Love to Guide You’ is a beautiful, simple, enchanted book that is saturated in divine love and transformative in its ability to reconnect others with the Love that they are; allowing Love to be your sanctuary and your guide. In 2010 after a series of breakdowns Astrid felt her soul calling her to allow God and the angels to help her transform her life. Astrid found that without spiritually healing her soul from the emotional trauma and her old beliefs systems of the past healing herself psychically was almost impossible. Astrid experienced the deepest form of Soul healing to clear and prepare her for teaching and assisting others to do the same. Astrid now teaches and shares her journey, wisdom and is a messenger of God holding the space for Gods truth, love and grace to come through and heal others. Astrid has created programs for women, meditations and products to assist people with transformation and healing. In 2013 Astrid will be featured in a chapter on a book about success. The song “Rise” co — written by "Rise” co — written by Astrid and composed by Hall of fame musician Toni Fonoti will be released. A song inspired by Astrid’s journey from Breakdowns to Breaking through the challengers we all face in life to find our light. Astrid has held Divine Love healing events, written many blogs for spiritual seekers and her first book Allow Love to Guide you helps others reconnect with the Love that they are, and now Astrid begins travelling to speak and guide others towards healing and Transformation.
