Joseph Labrecque is a creative developer, designer, and educator with over 15 years of experience building expressive web, desktop, and mobile solutions. Over the past decade, Joseph has authored several books, articles, and video course publications on design and development technologies, tools, and concepts through publishers such as Lynda, LinkedIn Learning, Peachpit, Pluralsight, and Adobe. He is also the founder of Fractured Vision Media, LLC; a digital media production studio and distribution vehicle for a variety of creative works. Joseph is an Adobe Education Leader, Adobe Community Professional, and a member of Adobe Partners by Design. Jahred Love is a co-founder and CTO of Xirsys LLC, CPO of Millicast, co-founder and CTO of Innov8Estate and CTO of PLP London. A serial entrepreneur, Jahred has been a software engineer working with JavaScript for the last 20 years, building everything from games and applications to distributed real-time platforms and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Jahred is an advocate of functional programming and enjoys writing, crafting, traveling, tinkering with electronics and spending time with his wife, daughter, son and cat 'Kimchi'. Daniel Rosenbaum has more than 20 years of experience as a solutions architect, technical lead, and developer with a demonstrated history of working in information technology for health and financial services. He is the founder CEO of Click Systems Consulting, LLC specializing in WordPress websites and of the Web Skills Bootcamp teaching web developer skill courses. Alonzo is an assistant adjunct professor and curriculum creator of web technology at Raritan Valley Community College. He is also the director of the Hunterdon Computer Club that does monthly presentations on a wide spectrum of current technology topics. He has consulted for a wide range of clients from small individually run businesses to large international organizations including Honeywell, BASF, PANJ Radio, AT&T, Avis, Bristol Myers Squibb, Ortho BioTech, Chanel, Avaya, MRM, Green Birdie Video, Aztec Learning Systems, Team Velvet and Verizon Wireless. Florian Sloot is a tech-lover since childhood and during his development years, he learned the importance of teaching and guiding. Therefore, as he got experienced with building applications he started publishing learning resources himself. Until today he has taught hundreds of students and co-workers. During the daytime, he consults various companies and helps to build web-based applications. His expertise lies in the field of architecture and performance. At Volkswagen, he has worked as a front-end developer in a team that was responsible for the connected-car systems which now gets shipped in every new Volkswagen car. While working for AboutYou, an award-winning e-commerce company and the first “unicorn” a startup from Hamburg, he was responsible for developing and implementing architecture and features of the so-called “money maker”— application, which generates the majority of the revenue at AboutYou. Philip Kirkbride has over 5 years of experience with JavaScript and is based in Montreal. He graduated from a technical college in 2011 and since then he has been working with web technologies in various roles. He worked with 2Klic, an IoT company contracted by the major electrical heating company Convectair to create smart heaters powered by Z-Wave technology. His role consisted of writing microservices in Node.js and Bash. He has also had a chance to make some contributions to the open-source projects SteemIt (a blockchain-based blogging platform) and DuckDuckGo (a privacy-based search engine).
