From the St. Lawrence to the Yser with the 1st Canadian brigade

This book is a personal account of the actions of the 1st Canadian Brigade during the Great War, 1914 — 1918. They went first to England to train on Salisbury Plain and from there to Ypres in France. The author was a Captain of the 2nd Ontario brigade in this regiment, and he states that it is a factual and accurate account using real names except in one instance where he has introduced a fictional character.
