      This may sound like a big to-do or a little cheesy, but would really recommend closing your eyes, breathing deeply for 30 seconds, and thinking hard about what you want your event to be. What do you want your guests to experience? What thoughts, feelings, or ideas do you want your guests to have while they’re there? What about after the event is over? How do you want the event to be themed?
