Sessah pauses, still standing over me. "What is my problem?"

Sessah shakes his head, enjoying the joke. "I cannot believe after all this time you still do not know how a kit is made," he tsks. "Such a shame. I guess I will have to show you again." His eyes gleam with amusement.

"I see my little brother has snared himself a fine female! I told you the courting gift would work."

Huh? This is the first I've heard of a courting gift. "What courting gift?"

Flor just winks at me, patting his back before releasing him. "It's fine. Sam has usurped my cougar dreams but I'm sure I'll get over it."

"We resonated. You did not deliver me in pieces back to the beach. I think they will know we are together."
