The Effects of Body Shaming is a short story informing people about the effects of body shaming. This is a very important topic to me because I hate it when someone fells unworthy only because I've been there and it's not a good feeling so I want to empower people. With that being said, this book also tells you ways you can help someone who's been body shamed as well as things I have done to help people feel better about themselves.
