I am writing this series at a time of great strife in our nation/the world. So much hatred because of differences in race, culture, or religion. It breaks my heart. I am hoping that this series will be an impetus for change in our young people.
This is book four in a 15-book series introducing children to cultures from across the world. It is designed to break down barriers and eliminate stereotypes by showing how alike we truly are. Each “character” within the book has written a “letter” telling something unique about their country of which people may be unaware, plus he/she shares their dream for the future (educational fiction/nonfiction: ages 8–12).
