Our White Light Meditation
…is designed to locate and trigger a Direct Response to the part of the Mind that Regulates Energy. We navigate the Energy Pathways in the Mind as we Guide and Instruct you throughout your Meditation. Once Mind energy has been increased students will see that they can use Mind Energies to Focus on what they want, this could be weight loss, depression, fear or to start or further a Spiritual Journey.
White Light Meditation is our entry level meditation to help our listeners feel their energy body. Great for beginners and all those who are new to guided meditations. This meditation can be practiced as many times as you like.
